Par timer
A par timer that hears your shots
Dry Fire Pro is a par timer that hears your shots. Random-start beeps, par windows, and voice commands — plus measured draw and split times from on-device trigger detection.
Beeps are the floor, not the ceiling
Every par timer gives you the same two things: a start cue and a par cue. Dry Fire Pro gives you both — random-start standby, per-step par windows, directional voice commands, loop mode — and then adds the thing a beep-only timer can't: it detects the actual click of your trigger and timestamps it.
That means your draw time isn't a feeling anymore. It's a number, recorded on every rep, charted across every session. You'll know your average first shot is 1.05s, that it was 1.17s two weeks ago, and that your best-ever Bill Drill run is 0.89s.
Private by design
No accounts, no logins, no trackers. Trigger detection runs entirely on your device — audio is processed locally and never uploaded. Your training history stays on your phone, and everything works offline.

What is a par timer?
A par timer plays a start beep, then a second beep after a set "par" time. You try to complete the rep — a draw, a transition, a string of presses — before the par beep. It’s the standard structure for dry-fire practice.
How is Dry Fire Pro different from other par timer apps?
Ordinary par timers only beep — they can’t tell what you did between the beeps. Dry Fire Pro also detects your trigger press through the microphone using on-device ML, so every rep produces a measured reaction time and splits instead of a guess.
Does it support random start delays?
Yes. The standby before the start beep can be randomized within a range you choose, so you can’t anticipate the cue.
Can I set different par times per step?
Yes. Built-in drills come with sensible par windows, and the Drill Builder and Drill Tweaker let you set par times per step on any drill.
Is it free?
Yes — the par timer, trigger detection, and a set of drills are free. Premium unlocks the full drill library, as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase.
